WORTH CONSUMING!
Not as hard hitting as “A Million Little Things,” probably because nothing prepares you for the rawness of Frey’s first memoir, but his sequel “My Friend Leonard” is well worth the read.

WORTH CONSUMING!
I read this as part of L.A.’s “One City, One Book” reading program. Excellent book. It taught me a lot about the racial history of L.A. around the Watts riots in the 60’s.
A story about "Snow" — 4 years ago
This book makes you feel like you are trapped in the small town of Kars during a blizzard. Very reminiscent of Kafka’s “The Castle.” It also highlights the violence and futility of the clash between political and religious ideologies.
