Definitely a needed read in today’s age. Good argument.. makes you think. Maybe a little “politically incorrect,” but in a very needed way.
Takes a little while to adjust to the writing style, since it’s quite different from Margaret Mitchell’s, but once you do.. it’s a great story. Continued drama, more characters, heart break, and a nice resolved ending.
This is the most adorable book ever. It’s got black pages, full of colorful, and even sparkley pictures.. and it’s actually a decently long story (for the kind of book it is, anyway.) Everytime I look at it, I imagine like Eva Gabor or someone reading it to their little girl at bedtime. I totally died when I saw it for the first time and begged my dad to get it for me, even though we were in an overpriced bookstore.
