A story about "The Horseman" — 3 years ago

Well, I am Odyseeus, The Perennial Traveler/Seeker.
I am also a newly-minted archaeologist from Minnesota.
I spent last summer in Turkey, searching for employment, visiting digs and talking up to professors, from central Anatolia to the Aegean. Kristina O’Donnelly’s well-researched, panoramic novels helped understand the land with its myriad customs and ancient landscape, better, closer.
THE HORSEMAN is a very unusual novel, mythology, history, archaeology, reincarnation, even current politics. Trial, tribulation, triumph, too. Amazon has good info about the plot and reviews. I found the author’s website
http://www.ladyliterature.com
and for her novels based on Troy, there is
http://www.trojanenchantment-novel.com
Trojan Enchantment site has more info on Troy, past and present.
I hope that next summer finds me working in Turkey!

Why I want to consume "Andromakhe - An Epic Novel of Troy and a Woman's Triumphant Valor" — 3 years ago

“Andromakhe – An Epic Novel of Troy and a Woman’s Triumphant Valor,” is a novel that grasps you by your shirt collar and drags you along until you complete it. One notable aspect is that it takes this popular age-old legend beyond its known boundaries into fresh vistas. Recommended for those of us who like to sink their teeth into a substantial, wide-sweeping historical novel with Fantasy elements.

When you finish it, rush and get its sequel (well, sort of sequel, though it’s related – Andromakhe, flash-forward 1,100 years), titled: “Korinna – Daughter of the Fire, I.”
Available at amazon in print, but also check it out at (I found the detailed review there quite helpful):
