Positive?
I won’t spoil it but it’s just another indy book about love. Art seems to have been done over time cause you can see how he grew as the story went on.

still good. Great art. The use of under used characters made the book for me. Grundy and Reddy!
Enjoyed it and all the extras in the HC.

Bad, I pity Patton Oswalt for even appearing in it. I could count the laughs on one hand. If I spent the time on the toilet with bloody diarrhea, I would have enjoyed that more than this.

Don’t get me wrong I love Gail. So I will start with the bad art. Nothing hurt more with the telling of the story more than the bad art. Granted the story sucked. Go get the first trade, skip this. Gail, you can do so much better. Come on.

Every page is pretty. Just unbelievable to look at. From every layer, the pencils to the color.
Then you read it and its like a train wreck. I know Mike can do better than this. It’s an origin for Thanos and intros for his world and Ronan the Accuser but man it’s all over the place. Worth getting for the art but man the story is sub par for Carey.
