Very entertaining. Hopkins’ accent wavered a bit, and there were a few holes, but really enjoyed this.

This was ok. About 20 of the 70 minutes seemed to be some kind of safe-sex video. And Arin is pretty narcissistic and pretentious. If someone sent me a video accusing me of giving them herpes on purpose, I’d pretty much never want to see them again, not be excited to see them when I found out I was clean. So, yeah. It is a cool idea and the artwork/animation/soundtrack are all great, but I’m glad I don’t know these people in real life.

I loved this. Need to go back and watch one and two now!

The prose itself is very well written, but overall I found this pretentious and wank. I really could not identify with a single character. At one point, I could barely bare to plod on with it. Which, considering its a VERY short book of short stories, is pretty bad.

Actually, one thing really annoyed me in this book – TWICE, Paul Hoffman has female characters shaving their bikini line with their underwear on. Does anyone do this? Why would you do this? Surely it is just completely unnecessarily dirtying up a pair of pants?

I had to struggle to get through the chapter on the Dark Figure, and if I had known how little I would need to refer to it throughout the rest of the book, I would have definitely skipped it as it is a VERY dry, long and dull passage.

However, the rest of the book is fantastic. Great characters, gripping, interwoven storylines, complete shock at the discovery of what Steven Grlzsh really is… apart from that one chapter, I couldn’t put this down and would definitely recommend.

I was told to watch this so many times and people are ALWAYS quoting from it, so I finally watched it tonight and… meh. It was ok. There were definitely some funny bits, and I bet they had so much fun filming it, but it was pretty disappointing. Ah well.

If you don’t like Chris Moyles, you’re probably not going to like this, but for those who do, it really is pretty funny. It’s basically just Chris talking about what he does and the people he meets, but worth a go!

Sad that they are over! Who can believe it’s been 10 years since they started…
