A story about "Party Monster: A Fabulous But True Tale of Murder in Clubland" — 3 years ago
A quick read. Hyperactive, ADHD prose made it fun for me.

The Cure are my favorite band, but this is easily their weakest album to date. Only for die-hard Cure fans.
I read this when I was in junior high. It was deliciously trashy and somewhat “shocking,” especially for a 13 year old. I have read many other books put out by the V.C. Andrews factory. She actually wrote this one, and I think it is actually good if you are looking for light reading.
I read this many years ago in college, and I remember being utterly engrossed by it. Considered by many to be the first gothic novel.
I’ll be honest, I never finished this book. I bought it years ago, because normally I love “cult classics”. I started it a few years ago, got about 50 pages in, then it fell by the wayside for school work and other books. I picked it up again a few months ago, looking for a fun read. I got about 125 pages in, before I gave up. It is BORING. If you are in to “chick lit” you might have better luck with it. I found the writing to be stilted and the characters to be dull. I just couldn’t get in to it.
It’s dark, it’s disturbing, it’s intriguing. A quick, engrossing read.
My grandmother just taught me how to knit a couple days ago. I am pretty hooked. I love that it is something I can do while watching TV. I am obsessive-compulsive, s it is a great, repetitive activity that keeps my fidgety fingers busy.
An interesting read. Glad I saw what all the hype was about. Ultimately, it didn’t change my eating habits (I ate little to no fast food to begin with). A quick, easy read
