so preposterously bad you can’t even laugh at it. It’s like a bad high school film. Th acting is so atrocious. A pity because I normally like laughably bad movies. But this one just made me feel embarrassed for the actress.

It’s not the greatest show in the world, but it is my favorite of all time. It ran in syndication, originally produced between 1987-1990 – three seasons. It had nothing to do with the hockey-mask movie series. “Lewis Vendredi made a deal with the devil to sell cursed antiques. But he broke the pact, and it cost him his soul. His niece Micki, and her cousin Ryan have inherited the store, and with it, the curse. Now they must get everything back… and the real terror begins.”

Not for the faint of heart. Often considered one of the most disturbing films of all time. Was once seized by the feds on the suspicion that it was a snuff film. The human death isn’t real, but the animal death is, so watch out. The film itself isn’t great, but it is infamous for it’s violence – and rightfully so.

You have to enjoy this on the level of “it’s so bad it’s good.” It’s just SO bad

Argento is one of my favorite directors, and this is probably his best film, and one of his most famous. If you are new to Argento, start here.

One of my favorite films. It is spectacle at its finest; the perfect example of post-modernism. It is fun, flashy, sexy, and just damned wonderful.

The book that gave the band their name. This was written in the 1960s and is supposed to be a scathing expose on swingers. It is supposed to condemn the lifestyle, but instead is just amusing for the way that the author is almost scared of the lifestyle. And despite his disgust for the lifestyle, it still comes off as sexy.

I just couldn’t get into this. I love zombies but this is more of a touchy-feely zombie book that focuses on the stories of the humans who are surviving in a zombie-infested world. Call me crass, but I prefer to focus on the bloodshed. Or at least on human characters that aren’t so sappy
