I think the point of this movie was to show how creative surfers and the sport can be. Ever heard of lake surfing? I didn’t until I saw this. I think it was a beautiful and well made movie about people who are passionate about this sport.

This wasn’t what I expected . . . more depressing, I guess. I don’t know, I don’t think I believe in the whole you hit 30 and your life is over thing.

was a crazy time for fashion, as evident in this movie.

I don’t know what I was expecting from HP – but I really liked it and was quite surprised by how much I actually did enjoy reading about Harry. This book kind of reminded me of the Roald Dahl books I loved so much as a kid . . .

. . . but you can’t go wrong with Richard Gere’s looks in this movie . . . but overall, this was just a big cheesy 80s (70s?) movie. Especially the ending.

I haven’t read any of the books or seen any of the movies . . . I have to admit, I’m curious about the buzz. I’m at Chapter 3 and I’m already pretty hooked – good storyline.

I knitted “Wisp” from the Summer 2007 issue of Knitty. It turned out so light and airey . . . absolutely beautiful!

I totally forgot that I had already watched this until I watched it again yesterday. So . . . that probably sums it up best for me: Totally Forgetable.

This was not what I expected at all . . . I have to agree with the other reviewers who said the plot and characters were not well developed . . . I never really cared about any thing or anybody, I just wanted it to be over.

I enjoyed this film – it was suspensful at times with beautiful scenery and music. The twist at the end was just an added bonus. Well done, Woody Allen.
