WORTH CONSUMING!

I got this as a christmas present from a co-worker. It’s no secret that I’m a die hard fan of music, and I especially love symphonic metal/rock. The string version of “In Joy and Sorrow” is beautiful and the Acoustic version of “Funeral of Hearts” is a wonderful addition to the album. As a matter of fact the only song I had any qualms about was the acoustic version of “Buried alive by Love”. Ville sounded like he’d sat on a hot curling iron during the chorus. But all and all this is a good album worth adding to your collection.

WORTH CONSUMING!

Alot of my friends who are into Type O’s sound had mixed feelings about this album. I look at it like this, Progression is what makes a band worth listening to. Now this is a Jam album, more or less. Peter Steele was quoted as saying “This album is the product of what happens when you don’t your take doctor-prescribed medication.” Yes it has a bit of a manic vibe about it. It goes from having your average 3-5 minute songs to a couple 12 minute long ones with some very good guitar work. It’s not as good as “World coming down” or “October Rust” but it’s still worth a shot.

WORTH CONSUMING!

Now this is definetly what a B-Movie should be. Shitty acting. Farting Mudmen and The drunken synthesizer ochestra. I.Q. points will most likely drop while consuming this. But hey..It make’s for a great game of MST3K.
