Many years ago, I read the porm “Life Has Loveliness to Sell”. It is not her most famous work but it is one of her most profound. I love it and she became my poet of choice because of that one poem. When I am sad or depress, I just remember that “Life has Loveliness to Sell.”

History can be dull but Alexander Dumas makes this period of time come to life. The misplaced chivalry and the constant conniving of the women of the court are facinating! All of the characters in this fiction piece are real but all of the incidents are not accurate. Marguerite was divorced by her husband, who remarried. I believe that she died, an old woman, alone and poor.
