I think this book is great work by Mr. Sachar.
I got the chance to see him and even got it signed.

I am more of a Lemony Snicket fan and not into the extreme fantasy. I thought the movies were better than the books.

WORTH CONSUMING!
Cornelia Funke did a wonderful job on this! I was truly inspired to visit Venice someday (and on 43Places, it is my top).
I just want to say, Great Job Cornelia!

NOT WORTH CONSUMING
I have read most of Cornelia Funke’s top writings and I think this is her worst work so far. The book could use a little more cheerfulness and got very boresome.
I intend to read it again in the future, maybe I will like it if I read it over.
