Why I recommend "Beastie Boys DVD Video Anthology - Criterion Collection" — 3 years ago
I think this may be the best music-video compilation ever done for any band. But then, it’s from Criterion—would you expect any less?

L2G / Larry Gilbert
is consuming 49 items,
doing 19 things,
going 43 places, and
meeting 42 people.
I'm currently reading 19 books, listening to 3 albums, watching 19 movies, eating and drinking 1 food item, and consuming 7 other things.

The title track is worth the price all by itself. I’ve heard many a splice job of George W. Bush’s words done by others, but never with such rage and bile behind it as this. I love it.
Probably my favorite single ever. One of those rare singles where I like the “B side” tracks (“Wave of Mutilation” UK surf mix, “Into The White”, and “Bailey’s Walk”) better than the main track.
What’s better than a movie with 100% Esperanto dialogue? A movie with 100% Esperanto dialogue and William Shatner. Tro bonege!!
What’s better than a film with a bunch of nuclear explosions? A film with a bunch of nuclear explosions and William Shatner. Bonus footage in 3-D. Mass destruction was never this fun! BOOOOOOOOMM!
It was years and years ago that I tried ostrich meat. The dish (ostrich fajita, I believe) wasn’t terrible, and I’m fairly sure I finished it. But it left me disappointed. Something about the texture seemed a little odd. I can’t quite remember what it was. It could have been cooked improperly. Maybe I will have to try it again someday.
I thought this was a great concept, but ultimately it was wasted. Not surprising when it was penned by the man who brought us Showgirls.
This and other chocolate soy milks are good added to coffee. I’ve never drunk it straight.
So it’s not as good as 11. But bad? I don’t think so. I quite enjoyed it. The characters didn’t have as much depth, but 12 had enough twists and turns to draw me in. Okay, the bit in the middle involving Tess (Julia Roberts) was a little too silly. But when I sat down to a movie tonight, I needed some entertaining fluff, and that’s just what I got. Die-hard Soderbergh fans shouldn’t be disappointed.
I finally coughed up the dough to download the beta edition of this book. The first edition helped me a lot in learning Rails. Since this second edition covers most everything new in Rails 1.1, and since I plan on using Rails for at least one paid project, I had to get it.
I like getting the chance to preview a work in progress and being eligible for all updates right up through the final published edition. In fact, barely an hour or two after I ordered and downloaded it, an e-mail came through announcing the newest update!
