Everyone should understand the four basics that are required for a society to be prosperous: venture capital, scientific method, property rights, transportation. These are set out in this book. Once we understand how this is true, we can see how giving money to a poor nation (society) cannot end the poverty. If we really want to help the people of a poor nation, we have to help them establish these four things.
