A story about "Acts of God (Book Three of the Christ Clone Trilogy, 2nd Edition)" — 6 years ago

I LOVED THIS TRILOGY! Far superior to the “Left Behind” books, I’ll be recommending this to anyone interested in escatological fiction.

A story about "Under the Banner of Heaven : A Story of Violent Faith" — 6 years ago

Fascinating history of the Mormons and their Fundamentalists counterparts. The end was a bit boring, but overall it was a typical Krakauer page-turner!

A story about "Hey Nostradamus!: A Novel" — 5 years ago

this was much more serious than a typical Coupland novel but I still liked it. Coupland managed to find the voice of all his characters and the book was well put together.

A story about "The Pursuit of Alice Thrift" — 5 years ago

This book was atypical of Elinor Lipman – the humor wasn’t fast and furious, but then again, Alice isn’t necessarily a typical comic character. However, as she warmed up, so did I – and I ended up really liking this one!
