Ummm — 1 year ago

Well, I understand how this movie has a following simply because of the way it explored the whole pre-destination theme.

But apart from that, I must say that some parts of the movie felt very convenient…as if it was chucked in as an afterthought to allow the plot to chug along and reach its planned ending. For example, the science teacher. To me, he was basically placed halfway in the movie, to let Donnie explore questions about time-travel and most of all, to pass him that book written by Grandma Death.

The parts with the rabbit suit were hard to watch…it was too slow-paced and honestly, led me to turn myself away from the screen cos’ it wasn’t a pleasant experience looking at the rabbit and hearing it speak in a veeerrrry slooowww mannnner.

But the good part about the movie is how it makes people talk about it and discuss the themes explored.

A story about "Superbad (Rated)" — 1 year ago

NOT WORTH CONSUMING

Truthfully, it was about the WORST teen movie ever made…and possibly one of the worst movies ever made. It tries too hard, the characters pissed and annoyed people off (especially the fat guy), the jokes were not funny and were blatantly crude, demeaning and stupid, the plot is draggy and vague and makes you wonder what the hell the story is about.

I have no idea why a producer decided to make this movie, whoever wrote the script ought to be shot, the directing wasn’t very good either. At the starting of the show, I wanted to walk out but it was my birthday and I already paid.

Pardon me for being harsh but yeah this movie is just upsetting, and aptly…SUPERBAD. Right, just my two cents worth.
