I wish I had started this during the summer, or at least when I didn’t have classes. It took me longer to get through it because of this, but it was definetly worth it. I agree with the previous entry, I was both fascinated and grossed out by the novel. Definetly a worthwhile read.

Another book not on my list, but I’m glad I picked it up to read. It’s an easy read, I had it done in a day, but it does get you thinking about forgiveness versus turning your back on sinners—whether you have the right to “cast the first stone” or forgive those around you.

So I strayed from my 100 books to read goal because I had 2 other books by Jodi on my list. I found out I really enjoy this writer and am completely captivated by her characters. I also read, following this book and again not on my list, Vanishing Acts.

I recommend her novels. They really draw in the reader.

This is now the second novel I’ve read by Jodi Picoult and I too have to say I’m becoming a fan. The reads are easy, but the characters and plots are thoroughly developed and show a background knowledge of what she is writing about.

I definetly recommened this novel, and I look forward to reading more from her.

I actually intended to read one of the other books on my list first, but it was still packed away.

The book was a very easy read, but that didn’t detract from the novel at all. The characters were developed amazingly well and I got completely involved in this girls life. Definetly a novel to check out.
