A story about "Time Out of Joint (Vintage)" — 5 years ago

WORTH CONSUMING!

I liked it. It’s dark, it makes you panic at times, but the ending is a little weak. It’s not Sci-fi. I don’t know what it is.

A good read, but not a favourite read.

A story about "Vengeance Strike (Blade, No. 13)" — 5 years ago

David Robbins, what can you say? Big knives, lots of killing, trashy 80s horror pretending to be science fiction. HURRAH!

A story about "Jefferson's War1:gala (Jefferson's War I)" — 5 years ago

WORTH CONSUMING!

I consider this classic military SF. It’s got the feel of someone who’s seen combat – or spent a lot of time talking about it :)

A story about "Colony Uk Edition" — 5 years ago

Ben Bova’s Colony. A big read, but not really worth it.

WORTH CONSUMING!

I lie. It’s not that much of a favourite. It’s good, but not that good. Suggested other reading: #2 of Man and Manta series, by Poul Anderson (iirc).

A story about "Rendezvous with Rama" — 4 years ago

WORTH CONSUMING!

This is hard science fiction, plain and simple. There’s nothing more thrilling than a first contact, and Clarke proves it with this tale.

The later works however weren’t so great.
