Second Better Than the First — 11 weeks ago
A definite improvement over the first book in the series. Pacing a bit off at times and Angelica can be over bearing. I’ll be reading the next one.

This was an interesting culture clash of modern times vs. the 1970’s. Great characters and decent mysteries. The ending would have been better, but I think it fit.
The series main character was weak, but he was made up for by an interesting plot and great supporting characters.
The characters and quips make this show fun. Mysteries could be better, but it is highly enjoyable anyway.
The story was good, but the characters and theme could have been much better developed.
Three non-intersecting plots in this one, but all three were well plotted and enjoyable.
Once the movie got going, it was good. But the beginning was just too slow.
The book was still fun and the mystery decent, but I feel like the characters are stuck in the same relationships in every book, and I’m really getting tired of it.
A fast paced, fun mystery debut that will keep you turning the pages.
The mystery was a tad thin at times, but the fun of the book makes it a very quick read.
