Very inspiring and informational. This was a quick read and I really enjoyed it.
The first three quarters of the book are interesting. I had a hard time being interested in levin’s farming. The end of the book could have been so much more inspiring. I’m glad I read it but it’s not a book I would suggest.
Overall I ended up getting into this book but it definately took a while. This genre is really not my thing, besides that it is a good book.
It is amazing. A true wake up call.
Great! It is wonderful to read about the misconceptions we have about asian education and the mistakes we make as a nation in regards to educating our youth. This is a subject that I’m sure is going to get a lot more attention in the near future. Great book for educators, business professionals and citizens.
I am thrilled with Krakauer’s work. All of his books are so fast to read and so interesting. This one made me want to go climb mountains, despite the tragedy. Great book!
Amazing book. This book is a very quick read, it puts life into perspective and is a true motivation.
It’s a good story and along with it there are several important questions. A lot of reflection about why we like the things we like and why we do the things we do. Very interesting, and as always, Palahniuk books are quick reads.
I actually really liked this. Some parts are kind of sad but overall it’s a really good book and a quick read.
good book. really makes you think. i don’t eat fast food but i’m sending this book to my parents—maybe it will make them stop eating. Made me want to get more involved in politics as well.
