A story about "Water" — 3 years ago
10 glasses of filtered water a day is the way to go. There is great info in the book The Great American Detox Diet: 8 Weeks to Weight Loss and Well-Being by Alex Jamieson.
I'm currently reading 10 books, listening to 1 album, watching 16 movies, eating and drinking 0 food items, and consuming 4 other things.

It was pretty good. It is basically a kid’s book and easy to read. It’s a big, flat book, with not a lot of pages. I’ve never read a book so fast, well, not that it was hard to read anyways. ~
I thought it was going to be scary, but it wasn’t at all, and it has a moral.
My fiancĂ©e was talking about the author Dean Koontz, and then he points a one of his books, that he had gotten from the Ottawa Public Library, Robot Santa: The Further Adventures of Santa’s Twin. He was like: “You should read this book, it’s like a kid’s book.” and I was telling myself: “Gee, it looks like a scary book, the Santa on the cover looks like a demon Santa or something like that”. I guess I’ll see when I finish reading it and make another entry anout it. ~
It doesn’t look that bad so far, there was actually a funny part.
GREAT PARENTING BOOK!!
A must-read for parents so they can, in a way, help bring order to kaos. The main objective of Parenting with Dignity is to improve the lives of children by promoting and teaching effective parenting skills to the parents. For the parents to help their children make decisions for themselves and more. ~
I first heard of Mac Bledsoe (father of football player Drew Bledsoe and founder of Parenting With Dignity Foundation) when I saw him on ABC’s 20/20 a few years ago, when I was in college. I am not sure about the exact year. I always knew I wanted children but ever since I saw him, it’s been a stronger desire. ~
This books is worth it! And so is Parenting with Dignity: A five-point plan for raising responsible, independent kids (the first one).
