Timothy Gallwey</div><br clear="all" /><p>I don&#8217;t have much interest in tennis, but I loved this book. These ideas are definitely not limited to tennis &#8211; I&#8217;ve found them to be helpful in my work as a computer programmer, and in learning to juggle, and I&#8217;d bet that they can be applied to a whole bunch of different kinds of skills.</p><p>I also think there are some fascinating similarities between these ideas and the spiritual stuff that I&#8217;ve learned from people like Eckhart Tolle.
