A story about this — 23 weeks ago

This film is terminally strange. I don’t mean that in a bad way, but it is opaque to the point of “beyond understanding.” It has its moments. I like the premise of a Hollywood composer fallen from grace. I like the interactions. I like the “realness” of it. But the point is lost. Sorry. Maybe I am just not smart enough to understand WTF the director was trying to achieve. Artistic? Yes. Well acted? Yes. Worth watching? The jury is still out. It’s just gawdawful strange.
