I would personally recommend this to all the straight women I know who are looking to get into a serious relationship, who are in a serious relationship, who have been in a serious relationship, women who are interested in better understanding their men, or are just curious about them in general. Yes, Dr. Laura is a pop-psychologist. Yes, Dr. Laura has conservative views. Yes, Dr. Laura is Christian and some of what she says in the book is related to that. Yes, she is American. Don’t let all of that turn you off, because the things she discusses in the book DO have a kernel of truth.

This book really isn’t just for married women, it’s for every woman who truly wants to understand her man and know the things she can do in a relationship. Feminism may have made the world understand, appreciate and acknowledge women more, but now I believe that it’s the guys’ turn to take the stage. No, I’m not talking about throwing back history. We finally got the message through to men about women. Now it’s time for the women to understand men, who really are simple creatures.
