Buying all those little packets of interesting bits and pieces from the health food store: banana chips and dried papaya and almonds and raisins and oats and…
Concocting my own little recipe, tasting it and adjusting. Too much nuttiness: bung in more oats and fruit, change the balance.
Sitting down to eat what feels like a big bowl of healthiness! :)
It’s strange and a little geeky, but I am enjoying the whole muesli-ness :)
