Not quite on par with “Rango” or “Wall-E,” but certainly in the right direction among animated films with a conservation theme. This time, it’s “save the trees,” and there are several excellent LOL moments sprinkled among the sometimes heavy-handed environmental messages. The humming fish are too kewl, as are the Bar-ba-loots. Suess certainly had an imagination and this film is a tribute to it.
