Just so you know, baby carrots are just ordinary carrots cut down to size and whittled down to look like miniature carrots.

A baby carrot may not be what you thought all along but it is one way to use misshapened or partially-damaged carrots that would otherwise not be saleable.

Baby carrots are delicious because they’re kind of sweet,naturally, and have a great flavor. Not to mention they give your jaws exercise with the crunching action. :)

I’m normally not a big fan of carrots. In fact, I’m not a fan at all. I detest them boiled or fried or steamed or any way except raw.

Which is why fresh baby carrots are my favorite. I love dipping them in sauces (although ranch will work, in a pinch). Fresh baby carrots + fresh guacamole is yumtastic as well.
