Not something I would deliberately pick, but curled up on the sofa, snuggled down into my duvet, with a storm raging outside—it’s not the worst movie out there.

I thought the movie was rather sweet and cute. I enjoyed watching it, for a saturday night dvd. The gay bartender was a hoot. Overall, a cute romantic comedy.

Any other time I would have hated this movie and passed it off as just another piece of Hollywood crap. However, two nights ago, this guy I was attracted to went to a Stix concert. So, the Stix-loving character made me laugh my head off, and completely got me out of the little funk I was in. (The universe is telling me not to be attracted to guys who like Stix. Fo’ serious.)

Probably won’t watch it again, but it’s worth picking up if you’re in a bad mood. And if you like Carson, à la Queer Eye for the Straight Guy fame, he has a few minutes of screen time.
