WORTH CONSUMING!
I was inspired to read this book after a trip to Monterey Bay Aquarium, having an exhibit dedicated to the canneries that it is built on. I feel this book gives you an insight to what life was like back in the 1930’s and how if you can visualize the scenes in the book and how Monterey looks today you can see how time changed it.
