They’re yummy, they’re good for you…they come from heinously abusive companies where workers have no rights and are routinely forced to work at gunpoint when they want rights. Sad sad truth. Dole, Chiquita, and Del Monte are awful companies.

Okay, so it was a few days old and showing some age but overall this banana satisfied my mid-afternoon snack craving like gangbusters. Sweet, with just the right amount of tanginess. And very little is better-smelling than a properly fragrant banana.

Of course, this baby has two sisters who must be consumed soon as well, before the ’orrible stench of banana death overtakes ’em.

Was the third time really — I used to hate the things, then snacking on some banana chips I thought I’d go for the real thing, maybe I didn’t hate them so much.. .and it’s true – they are yum.

I’m trying to be good and eat more fresh fruit and vegies. i always feel overwhelmed by piles of fruit (never my favourite food group), so i bought just a couple of bananas last shop, along with some veges.

breakfast : two cups of tea and a banana. I feel okay about this. :)

this is the reason that I am happier and back to my ol’ self today. The banana! Brilliant!

I love bananas. They’re the easiest fruit to eat. No need to wash anything, no need to cut anything, no need to pit anything. And the peel’s simple to peel off as well.

Sweet, filling, and full of potassium and other yummy nutritious things, bananas may just be the perfect fruit. Ever.
