very feminine — 4 years ago
Perhaps it’s the alluring scent, or its slightly floral taste, but this tea really stands out as being distinctly feminine. It does seem to be an acquired taste, but once you’re hooked, there’s no turning back.
I’ve found that its delicate flavor is easily spoiled by certain sweeteners (I never use granulated sugar with this tea!), but it does just fine on its own or with a very small amount of either brown sugar or pure honey. Keep a close eye on the time when steeping it though, as over-steeping also seems to ruin the flavor easily (but that’s just a matter of personal taste).
