WORTH CONSUMING!

It’s not a bad movie. I would say it’s gorier than the first, and that’s where the scariness is suppose to come from. My only qualm with the movie is that I guessed the ending twist right away, and I’m not the kind of person who ever really “gets it”. (But then again, I did that for the first one, as well…)

I would say this movie is only worth watching, though, to those who liked the first movie. It references the first one quite a bit.

I had nothing else to watch. The only interesting part is the twist at the end. I never guessed it.

WORTH CONSUMING!

This movie started on a fairly bad note for me when I saw that one of the leading ladies is Dina Meyer (aka Dizzy from “Starship Troopers”) — the type of actress I don’t even consider B-movie worthy. And the acting really was bad. BUT, I love horror flicks, and I love twisted stories even more, and this was a good one. I don’t want to give away much of the story, but rather than have several scenarios play out like they did in the first (which made it seem a bit more like “Seven” — which I loved), they focus on a group of people in a house of horrors type setting. I liked the change for a sequel, and I didn’t see the ending coming (not entirely anyway). At the very least, it’s a fun scary movie that will keep you guessing.

NOT WORTH CONSUMING

I’m not good with scary movies. Well, your typical slasher flick I can cope with, it’s the psychological ones I don’t like. This, Saw 1 and Hannibal rank at the top of the list of movies I never want to see again.

I refused to watch it at night, and would only watch it when I could follow up with Aeon Flux and it was broad daylight. Thankfully, I’ve forgotten most of it…
