I’ve only had brussels sprouts twice. The first time was at a Thanksgiving dinner. They were over-cooked in butter and tasted pretty bad. The butter helped, but I didn’t think I’d go for them again. The second time was the other day when I was at Whole Foods and saw their Orange Honey Glazed Brussels Sprouts. I figured that if any deli could make them taste good, then it would be Whole Foods. I got a sample and they were delicious. Crunchy, and sweet. Not even a hint of bitter. I now see that brussels sprouts can be delicious.
