yes ok, finally have kicked the habit (again) I just know that the next time I go out i’ll end up bumming a cigarette from some random person, but the only solace is I won’t remember in the morning, maybe I need someone to keep me on track.

But even so small errors of judgement make life worth living..but as a day to day part of my life, this is so over. And my only regret is I have a terrible urge to go out and buy a huge bar of Green & Blacks maya gold chocolate and scoff the lot, this I am hoping will pass, plus I can’t buy it locally, so am battling this right now, theres worse things though, I mean I’d rather have a bar of chocolate than respiritory disease after all.

Well, I used to have this really pretty voice, I don’t anymore.

Walking up stairs has gotten a little more tiring.

I don’t know what to do with myself anymore.

And withrawl is not fun…

I’m glad I quit ‘cause… It’s totally not worth it!

Wish I’d never started… Then started again… And again… And again, etc.
