WORTH CONSUMING!
If you have at least a day without having to go anywhere this stuff is great, just knock some back and you’ll be out like a light. I like that it helps me sleep which is difficult with a stuffed up and/or runny nose.
The day version tastes icky though so I take them in gel capsule form, and that doesn’t make you drowsy. As long as there is no cure for the common cold I’m just happy to lessen the symptoms, or sleep through most of it.

I can’t really say it’s worth it, even though it helps, because the liquid makes me hurl. The liqui-caps work much better for me.
