WORTH CONSUMING!

It was definitely an experience eating rattlesnake. I just had a few small strips fried in oil, and they tasted really good, if a little chewy. I would imagine it’d be a pain to get the meat yourself, but as I had it prepared for me, I kind of enjoyed it.

NOT WORTH CONSUMING

Rattlesnake meat isn’t bad in taste, albeit a bit bland, but it’s certainly not worth the effort required to separate it from the many small, sharp bones.
