Made a full batch for Ryan, as his reward for being a big contributor to the Hike & Bike for Heart. Sameish recipe – 6 tea bags and a scant 3/4c of sugar. But I used the new ice cream maker! It seems fine.

I made half a batch on 2006.01.02, using 3/8c of sugar and 3 Tazo Chai tea bags. It’s sufficiently chaiy, but slightly too sweet.
