This book is invaluable in terms of explaining female anatomy, and I highly recommend it to all women, as well as anyone currently in a sexual relationship with a woman. (While it has a heterosexual skew, the vast majority of it could certainly apply to a lesbian relationship.)

Don’t expect a cheat sheet; this is more like a user’s manual. It thoroughly explains the physiology behind arousal, foreplay, and orgasm.

It also emphasizes the importance of intimacy and comfort in a sexual relationship, and lays out not only how to tell if a woman is faking an orgasm, but why she’s doing it, and how you can encourage her to stop. (And then coax her into one.)

After reading The Game, this seemed like the next logical step. So far, it has been a pretty interesting expose on anatomy and nerve endings.
