I understand that Light as a Feather is an important album in Chick Corea’s career. I also understand that “Spain” is one of his most famous and recognizable compositions. But…I’m not a huge fan of early 1970s jazz fusion featuring the electric piano. Plus, I couldn’t withstand the continued derision of my co-workers for listening to “smooth jazz.”
