This book was an intense thriller in the Sara Linton/Grant County series, focusing mostly on Lena Adams and her struggle to identify the killer while dealing with her own personal issues. I liked the character interactions and the plot moved along well.

You know when the critics say a book is a “page turner”, or that “it’s exciting right up until the last page”? Well, they weren’t lying when it came to this book. I was guessing right up until the last page. Seriously. THE last page.

I would recommend this book to anybody who likes books that keep you on the edge of your seat.
