Drank this in a hotel in Hangzhou – I was really craving a cup of tea and there was this tiny tube of tea leaves in the hotel room. I dislike green tea, but these smelled so nice, so I gave it a go. What a great tea this is! Full leaves, delicate, not as bitter as I often find other green teas are.

I was disappointed the next day when I heard our trip to the local tea plantation was cancelled due to the bad weather. I wasn’t able to buy Longjing tea – until I got some last minute at the airport, which I will savour untill the last leave.
