I consumed this when it ws simply the soundtrack to the PC game “The Neverhood,” a fasciniating puzzle-based game with clay-mation graphics. Taylor did the music, both ambient and intentional in a style he describes as “celestial dixieland.” It’s definitely an acquired taste, but I really dig it.
