At the end of the movie the researcher explains that most of what we have just watched was her interviews with men pertaining to how they were affected by the feminist movement, yet not once was this question asked of the men being interviewed. She was just going to interview them about their sexual preferences and or experiences and deduce from that as to how the feminist movement affected men as a whole. Wait what?! That is not how a University would allow a study like this to be handled.

Also, did anyone notice that the majority of men interviewed weren’t even out of diapers, or just barely, during the feminist movement. How about interviewing much older men as a better control study, you know like men who have actually dated before and after the feminist movement. While this movie made some valid points it was ruined by the ending reveal turning it into something unbelievable and frivolous. What a shame.

Oh and it is so not a comedy. I didn’t laugh once, not even a snicker or a smile.

Nice adaptation of the book but also with its own distinct ideas/ interpretations.

If you are a feminist, do not have sex the same night you see this film.
