It took me a long time to hum and haw over getting the wii fit in the first place: would I stick to it, would it be any good? And yup, I have found it pretty motivating – even with a few long breaks, it’s so easy to just get back into. Five minutes of a game, or yoga, or whatever is soooo much less daunting than having to get to the gym, or go out in the cold…!

Then there’s the new wii fit plus. It has all of the original stuff, plus oodles and oodles more! More fun games, more features, and more to keep you motivated!

Definitely recommended, especially if you’re struggling to fit a bit of easy exercise into your day.
