Green salad by itself is only good in small amounts. Good salads with lots of accessories (not the word, I know, but I’m tired) and a light but yummy dressing is good in any amount

WORTH CONSUMING!
Tonight I had a green salad with roasted potatoes for dinner. The green salad was comprised of:
- iceberg lettuce
- green cabbage
- roma tomato
- cucumber
- mushroom
- green onion
- carrot
- Safeway Select tuscan herb salad dressing
The remainder of the salad is in the frige, and the lettuce is getting wilty and it will be all yummy later if I get hungry late.
