the format of the book is a little incoherent at times as it alternates between being a puzzle book, chronicling the history and reasons behind the “puzzle” style interview, and giving HR tips on how to include puzzles in your interview process. Still, if you like puzzles it’s a fun book to pick up. Be warned though; the puzzles are interspersed throughout the text with a few huge sections dedicated to several puzzles of certain type. This means that if you’re looking for interview tips/advice you should read the book all the way through and then go back for the puzzles.

Quick read and is very interesting.

All done. Quick, interesting read if you ever have to interview for a competitive corporate position.
