WORTH CONSUMING!
Plain easy-to-make soups, as opposed to soups in cans full of salt, preservatives, additives and other things you don’t want. Examples:
Cauliflower soup:
Boil cauliflower, blend in blender and eat. If you like, add a vegetable cube for added taste, when cooking the cauliflower.
You can do the same with broccoli, spinach, squash, carrots, etc. The sky’s the limit!
By making your own soups, you use way less packaging, and by buying your vegetables at your local Farmer’s Market, you’re helping the environment even more!
