For me mashups are often clever at first, but then become a bit less enjoyable as time goes by. Sometimes they’re like puzzles and part of the pleasure is figuring out the clever juxtapositions. But with The Kleptones24 Hours, I’m liking it more as I keep listening to it. It’s a double-cd length album that you can download, and it’s very listenable and fun. It’s divided organized through times of the day from early one morning to the following morning 24 hours later. My favourite track is 1150 Closer to the Boxer which perfectly combines a bit of Simon and Garfunkel and The Cure with many other things in a perfect and groovy mix.

24 Hours is an excellent free download double-cd set of wonderful mashups by The Kleptones. I haven’t finished listening to it yet, but I love it already.
