WORTH CONSUMING!

Pedro Ximénez, PX, Pedro Jiménez (pron. He-May-Neth, or He-May-Nay in Andalucía) is the most gorgeous of sweet wines. It’s widely avaiable in bars in Sevilla, Jerez, and around Córdoba. Further east they will offer the very inferior “Málaga”.
