This was such a fantastic read - well written, for the most part, and well imagined, if a bit over the top especially in the parent department. Of course, you know where it’s going (be yourself, be true to your values, don’t change for the wrong reasons, etc. etc. etc. - true teen formula) but it’s engaging and Opal is very likeable. It’s just too bad Kaavya didn’t have the judgment (or Alloy didn’t—whatever. It’s too late to point more fingers) to keep it clean and not plagiarize ?

I just read it for the second time today. It’s just awesome!

I found it really interesting, how some people will do almost anything, just to get into Harvard. I loved the love story between Opal and Sean.

I could hardly put the book down. I just wanted to know, what happens next. :)

You know, I don’t care if this book was plagiarized off another book. This was one of the best books I’ve ever read. It gave me so many insights on life. About happiness and doing what you love. I’m glad I read this now because I think it’ll help me get through the 3 years of high school I have left.
