on friday of last week, i saw that there was a new song, “acompáñame a estar solo” released as a single, listed in musicmatch under ricardo arjona. after listening to it, i found out that the new cd was going on sale this tuesday. on tuesday, at lunch i went to, i’m sorry…, walmart and got the full album cd.
“acompáñame a estar solo” is a romantic ballad. there’s some interesting new vocal harmony styling on it. the rest of the cd is good too. there’s one song, “mojado”, that grupo intocable sits in on. ricky muñoz’s voice, always beautiful, is in really great shape on this duet. i expect he went to great lengths to get vocally in shape for a duet with RICARDO ARJONA!
